We service the Moreton Bay City region and surrounding areas, including Redcliffe, Sandgate, Deagon, and Brighton. Our services also extend to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and regional areas.

What information should I prepare prior to contacting the office?

We appreciate that the process of engaging an architect is a step our clients have taken after much consideration. Providing us with fundamental information, including the project site address, your budget, desired timeline, the nature of the project (new build, renovation etc.), and any reference imagery, such as sketches or photos, will help us better understand your aspirations for the project. We can then advise what services Scandurra Architects can provide to bring your vision to life.

What services do Scandurra Architects offer?

We offer a full architectural service from inception through to completion. This includes sketch design, contract documentation, tendering and contract administration, through to practical completion (handover), defects liability period, and final completion.

How do you charge for your services?

We are a full-service architectural studio. Typically, our design and documentation services are charged as a percentage of the construction cost. Once construction commences on a site, contract administration is charged at hourly rates, billed monthly, and is supported by time sheets.

Essentially, once we have established a detailed understanding of your project brief, budget, and timeframes, a client architect agreement, which details the terms of our services and fees, will be created and provided to you.
